Yeasayer

Until a couple weeks ago, I didn’t really know anything about Yeasayer. I had a couple friends who really liked them and recommended them, but I never got around to checking them out. One of these friends found out about a Yeasayer show in Atlanta, but he needed a ride. So he offered to pay for my ticket if I took him to the show. One reason I love concerts is the conversations I have on the ride to and from the show so I said I would take him. But I really wasn’t expecting to like the show. I had only heard one or two of their songs before this. But the show was amazing. I can’t really describe it. We were so close that we couldn’t soak it all in – front row. So much going on. So much talent. They really took me to another place. It was an experience that I’m still trying to process two weeks later. And of course my friend Davis and I did have, and are still having great conversations.  Enjoy the photos. And go see Yeasayer if you get the chance.
